IM-Defensoras

The Mesoamerican Initiative of Women Human Rights Defenders (IM-Defensoras) is a convergence that articulates feminist organizations and networks of women defenders from different Mesoamerican social movements.

Sutty and Cooperativa de Diseño helped them re-design their website, through a participatory and inclusive process of UX research that helped them find their audience, and re-structure the information offered to women defenders. It also involved a migration from a Wordpress installation that was increasingly difficult to maintain, to a pre-generated website managed through Sutty CMS, that helped achieve greater resiliency with lower maintenance work involved.
